has trained over 1000 Black Belts in GE (General Electric) across
Europe.
- Catalyst
is an accredited Six Sigma training organisation for Sun Microsystems.
We have trained over 1500
Sun Microsystems employees in “Sun Sigma” across Europe..
- The
UK Bank, Lloyds TSB, has chosen Catalyst as it's partner
on it's Process Excellence initiative which is based on Six Sigma
principles. We have trained and mentored people in this organisation up
to Master Black Belt level.

has worked with four major UK banks on Six Sigma Deployment

The UK mobile
phone company O2 chose Catalyst as its strategic partner on
the implementation and roll out of Six Sigma (Process
Excellence) across the company.

is working with the North West Wales NHS Trust on the use of Six
Sigma - this is one of the first NHS Trusts to use Six
Sigma in practice 'on the
ground' in the UK National Health Service.

was employed as lead consultant in developing a company wide management
system based on business processes by one of the new London Underground
infrastructure companies.

series of 2 day “How to” workshops for its members to help

one project alone a Catalyst Consultant saved an organisation £47m
using Six Sigma methods.
- Catalyst
worked with the European Social Fund and GE to develop a business
improvement tool-kit for use in Small Medium Businesses. This is based
on Six Sigma methods. Small companies using this approach saved from £10k
to £200k on their first improvement project.
